Designing a seamless ticketing experience for live events
Biletinial is an online ticketing platform focused on concerts, theatre, and live events. The project aimed to strengthen the brand identity while redesigning the mobile application and web experience to improve clarity, speed, and user trust across the entire ticket purchasing journey.
The work focused on aligning branding with product experience. A clear visual language, simplified navigation, and consistent interaction patterns were designed across mobile and web platforms to support fast decision-making and confident ticket purchases for live events.
